Alright
Unlike many of my journals I'd like to make a somewhat serious one that I encourage all of you to reply to.
I would like t open a discussion about caffeine addiction.
Is it really something to be taken so lightly?
Personally I have to have at least 2500 mg of caffeine everyday or I get horrible withdrawl headaches.
Caffeine is detrimental to our health but its so readily available to people including the youth.
Why isn't caffeine considered as bad of an addiction as other drugs(which caffeine technically is...)

Thoughts on this?

"I do not consider it an insult, but rather a compliment to be called an agnostic. I do not pretend to know where many ignorant men are sure -- that is all that agnosticism means" - Clarence Darrow

This is my favorite quote in reguards to non-theistic beleifs.

Personally I am an Agnostic-Atheist.
I've seen this brilliant video on youtube that would describe the beleif the best.
The girl in the video put it something like this:

Agnostic and Gnostic refer to knowledge of a deity or multiple deities
Agnostic meaning : I don't know if there is a god
Gnostic meaning : I do know that there is a god

Atheist and Theist refer to beleif of a deity or deities
Atheist meaning : I do not beleive in a god
Theist meaning : I do beleive in a god

Agnostic cannot be considered a category of religion like Atheist can be.

Therefore I am proud to call myself and Agnostic Atheist, I don't know for sure whether a god does or does not exist but I will not acknowledge a god beleif-wise meaning I will not practice religion

These are my own view on my own beleifs but much of the terminology and wording I used was heavily influence by the young lady in the following video

I'm curious to know what some of you think about what I just wrote, I'd love to hear your views!

If you are joining a roleplay on a site like gaia or otherwise DO NOT USE A PICTURE FROM A REAL ANIME!
It looks sooooo bad and annoys the living crap out of me
P.S.

Hello there fellow Deviants! I'd like to inttroduce a concept that a close friend of mine actualy suggested.
It's called, my weekly irk.
This is a weekly journal entry I'd like to start about one thing that really irks me.
I know at first glance it dosen't sound all that interesting however you'd be amazed the odd things that annoy me and further more the stupid things that come out of peoples mouths!

THIS WEEK'S IRK
(this actually happened last week >.<;)

this is a journal that I posted

me:
Ah the famous quote I hear almost daily from my dad when he's driving and insulting ignorant drivers.
This just dort of made me think about humans and stupidity in general.
I like to think we're all stupid at times but I think some of us just get stuck there permanently....

For instance, is it too much to ask for somebody to use spellcheck when posting in a highbrow roleplay?

Stupid ought to hurt
Words of truth my friends.

and THIS was the totally overdramatic comment I receive that made me want to smack a ho!

(deviant whose name won't be mentioned):
Oh god, you hit two of my rant spots. Beware.

I honestly hate the word stupid and any word related to it, ever since my son of a bitch step grandmother who will never ever earn the title of grandma, basically told her daughter my mom was stupid, didn't even get the fucking story straight, she was basically the dumbass, but anyways, her son of a bitch, know it all, takes after her mother, daughter called my mother a dumbass.

The step grandmother then bashed my mom more, made her depressed, gave her migraines so bad she shook and cried from the pain, and just typing this makes my face turn red with anger, and I still want to rip her bloody face off.

Since then, we use un-educated.

As for spelling, its the internet, you're supposed to have freedom unlike in real life, god forbid we have freedom NOWHERE. Just recently people have started doing this crap, I think its the monkey see monkey do syndrome striking again, pisses me off more and makes humans look more pitiful than what they really are.

Oh, wait, correction. The fucking government had to come to the internet and take some freedom from us too. Gotta love them. An example, youtube, AMVs. All I'll say.

And there you all have it! That was my major irk that I'm sharing with you this week.
hehe... alright well I suppose I'll also add what I wrote back to her.... just for your own entertainment.

me:
To be brutally honest I could care less about your life story.
In an environment where proper spelling is expected it should be shown.
From the way you responded it is clear to me that you clearly aren't an experienced writer in the roleplaying feild.
Perhaps your'e just as "un-educated" as the people you appear to be putting down as pathetic humans.
